Bridal Week Inspiration

Last week was bridal week and we LOVE looking at all the new lines! We can’t help but think about what invitations would capture the feeling of these gorgeous dresses. Just for fun, here are a couple pairings that we dreamed up!

Both dresses are from Monique Lhuillier’s new collection and the two invitation samples are from Bella Figura.

Busy Season

With spring and summer weddings just around the corner, we have been super busy here! Every time the UPS or FedEx deliveries come, it’s an invitation order (or 2 or 3!) and it makes our day. The next step (after ooh-ing and ah-ing, of course) is to get these special orders ready for pickup. Last night, we busy packaging and today we get to hand them over!

Will you be my bridesmaid?

Wedding planning is full of choices and decision making. Colors, flowers, linens, menus, vendors and so much more! One of the most personal and special decisions that faces brides is the important task of choosing the bridal party. It’s an opportunity to honor friends and loved ones by asking for their support throughout the planning process and on the Big Day. Really, it’s a decision that helps to shape the feeling, meaning and vision of the wedding. The wedding party photos are referred to for years and years to come and the people in them usually are, too!

So, that being said, we think that the act of ASKING that special friend or relative to be in the bridal party is a momentous occasion! One that calls for champagne…as many wedding moments do! In honor of brides, we’ve put together this gift set to help them pop the question.

It includes something old (vintage bubbly), something borrowed (a cup of sugar), and something pink (a champagne martini recipe). The tag on the champagne bottle reads, ”Let’s toast to {Something New}, a special dress for you. Will you be my bridesmaid?”

xoxo,
Charlotte
