Decked Out Deco

Deco Darling 01

Everything about this invitation suite screams “Art Deco” and we couldn’t possibly love it more! These gorgeous patterns were carried through the save the dates, invitations, and day of pieces, making this wedding a perfectly coordinated night to remember.

Black and white invitations don’t have to be boring! (This suite is anything but!) We are huge fans of the looser, more free-flowing calligraphy–a relaxed spin on an often ultra-formal tradition. We also love the addition of branches and greenery to the suite to give it an illustrated touch! With all of these special details, what’s not to love?

As the weather continues to get colder here in the Windy City, we can’t help but obsess over this cozy combo of wood veneer with bordeaux ink and envelopes! The gold foil elevates this gorgeous suite even further, giving it the perfect balance of elegance and warmth.

Patterned Perfection

Why limit yourself to one pattern when you can have two? The pop of aqua in this suite is summery and refreshing, and the swiss dot bellyband coordinates flawlessly with the art-deco inspired wave pattern in the liner! This is patterned perfection at its finest.

Hawaiian Punch

Hawaiian Punch

Although these lovebirds were married in Chicago, Hawaii played an important role in both their courtship and engagement! They paid homage to this gorgeous island through the punch of papaya in their envelope liner and a romantic recitation of their love story on their menu cards.

We love the brilliant brights in this Bat Mitzvah invitation! The flower cutout is unique and girly, while the swirling fonts and bold stripes keep the suite young and fun. We especially adore the use of a custom watercolor painting of the temple on the program covers!

When your wedding is taking place at the Chicago Botanic Garden, it’s only fitting that the star of the suite would be a gorgeous vintage rose print repurposed into an envelope liner! This element was carried over into the menus and programs and paired perfectly with gold foil calligraphy.

Spring has sprung and we are looking for any excuse to include natural elements in our invitation suites! This bride used sprigs from her laurel wreath throughout her invitation suite and on her day of pieces. The handdrawn feel of these elements pairs perfectly with her playful script.

We love the romantic combination of soft, dusty pink letterpress with elegany tawny foil in this suite. Tawny foil is a favorite of ours as it can work with practically any color scheme!

Peach Perfection

Peach Perfection

We loved working with this adorable bride on an equally adorable suite! The illustrations were hand-drawn and hand-colored to bring the autumnal landscape to life. The addition of peachy pink in the envelope liner adds some extra softness.
