<p><strong>Ginger Beer Lemonade</strong></p>
<p><em>Ingredients<br />
</em>3 to 4 large lemons (yielding 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice)<br />

<p><strong>Classic Mint Julep</strong></p>
<p><em>Ingredients<br />
</em>3 fresh mint leaves<br />

</a>Crushed ice<br />
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) bourbon<br />
1 (4-inch) cocktail straw or coffee stirrer<br />
1 fresh mint sprig<br />
Powdered sugar (optional)</p>
<p><em>Instructions<br />
</em>Place mint leaves and mint simple syrup in a chilled julep cup<br />
Gently press leaves against cup with back of spoon to release flavors<br />
Pack cup tightly with crushed ice; pour bourbon over ice<br />
Insert straw, place mint sprig directly next to straw, and serve immediately<br />
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional)</p>

4 ounces Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila<br />
2 ounces Triple Sec<br />
2 ounces lime juice<br />
1 ounce simple syrup (heat 1/2 water, 1/2 sugar until it becomes a syrup)<br />
3 cups of ice<br />
Coarse salt<br />
Lime juice</p>
<p><em>Instructions<br />
</em>Rim margarita glasses in lime juice, dip in salt and set aside<br />
Add all ingredients to blender and blend together<br />
Pour into rimmed glasses and garnish with a lime slice</p>
